Who operates Hex Realms
Hex Realms is an offline turn-based strategy game developed and published by NewDawn333. Questions about this policy may be sent to vortexbuild3@gmail.com.
Data stored locally
The app stores game saves, tutorial progress, custom maps, and preferences such as audio and haptics locally on your device. This information is used only to provide game features and is not automatically transmitted to NewDawn333. You can remove it by deleting saved content where available, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app. Device backups are controlled by Apple, Google, or your chosen backup provider under their own terms.
No automatic collection or tracking
The current iOS and Android releases do not contain advertising, analytics, account, social, or crash-reporting services. NewDawn333 does not automatically collect identifiers, location, contacts, purchases, browsing history, or gameplay activity, and does not sell personal information or track people across apps or websites.
Optional player feedback

The survey can include ratings, feature preferences, playing frequency, and free-form comments. The app may copy non-identifying diagnostic details—app version, selected map, difficulty, round, platform, and screen size—to your clipboard. Those details are not transmitted automatically: you decide whether to paste and submit them.
The published survey does not request a name or email address and does not require sign-in. Please do not include personal or sensitive information in free-form responses. Google may process technical request information under the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
How submitted feedback is used
Survey responses are used only to understand game quality, investigate reported problems, improve features and difficulty, and provide player support. Google processes survey responses as the form provider. NewDawn333 does not sell responses or use them for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Retention and deletion
Individual survey responses are retained for no longer than 24 months, then deleted or converted into aggregated notes that do not identify a respondent. Because the survey is anonymous, NewDawn333 may be unable to identify a particular response. To request deletion, email vortexbuild3@gmail.com with the approximate submission date and distinctive text from the response. Verified matching responses will be deleted within 30 days.
Children
Hex Realms is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The optional survey should not be used to submit personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information may contact us to request deletion.
Security and international processing
Reasonable steps are taken to limit access to submitted feedback. Google may process information on servers in multiple countries. No internet service is completely risk-free, so avoid submitting confidential information.
Changes to this policy
If app behavior or this policy changes, the revised policy will remain available at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected in the app and store privacy disclosures when required.
